Cell Phone Etiquette

Top 5 Rules while using a Cell Phone:

1. Hang up and drive. I feel this is important because while driving you can get in an accident because you care more about whats on your phone compared to the road.

2. Put your phone ringer on silent or off while in a theatre. I feel this rule is important because its a great distraction when you see a light in the theatre when your trying to watch the movie.

3. Avoid texting while having a face to face talk. It's rude while texting and talking to something that's right there, you should give the person all your attention.

4. Avoid looking things up while having a face to face conversation. It would be rude to look thing's up while having a conversation, you should give that person all your attention.

5. Avoid inappropriate profile pictures. This rule is important because maybe one day you will look back on that and regret doing it.

Reflection on Identity Theft

This week we have been talking about Identity Theft. The thing about Identity Theft that has impacted me most is the movie about Michelle Brown and how she lost so much and got nothing out of it but great debt and problems. Ways to stay protected and not get your Identity stolen is make a secure password, read credit reports, read bank statements, shred all documents that show personal information such as financial and medical before throwing away, don’t respond to email, text, and phone messages that ask for personal information, don't use the same passwords for more than one account, and if you shop online, use websites that protect your financial information with encryption Https:// vs. Http://.

Homecoming Weekend

For me I did not go to homecoming, instead over the weekend I got to stay at home and hang out with friends. Also over the weekend I got to go to the homecoming football game and I got to play in the game with the marching band. Something I wish I could have done over the weekend was sleep more. Later today I'm going to MSBOA which is for marching band and we get graded for our half time show and pre-game, CAN'T WAIT! :)
